In 2021, the State of California established its first-ever advisory body comprised entirely of youth. Serving first as Vice Chair (2024-26), I supported our work to establish a strategic foundation for the commission. Now, as Chair (2026-27), I will support the commission’s work to recommend and implement policies that uplift youth and youth-led solutions to California’s most pressing state-wide problems.

Our Time To Act is a youth-led, 501(c)(3) nonprofit I co-founded in 2018. We organize powerful youth for an inclusive, equitable, and sustainable future. I serve as President of the Board of Directors supporting our incredible youth-led staff team, with Nicole Lillie at the helm as our first full-time Executive Director.

I am pursuing a J.D. from Berkeley Law (‘29) with a focus on impact litigation and public defense. I am also honored to be a Berkeley Law Public Interest Scholar.

Outside of my formal roles, I spend time organizing my community and engaging in activism with an intersectional emphasis on racial, queer, environmental, and criminal justice. Facilitating spaces and conversations for change is when I feel most connected with people and the work.

Nonviolent Peaceforce is an international NGO promoting community-led safety, civilian protection, and peace. As Program Coordinator in San Diego, I trained community leaders and organizations to use nonviolent protection and safety planning skills. I also co-architected a model for identifying and interrupting Cycles of Violence.
